Some of the statements on the IMF Blog on Inclusive Growth raises the question-Does the IMF, the International Monetary Fund, as an American institution funding developing countries, and economists, grasp what people find troubling in 2022? Russia is exporting more than it did last year by 80% in April and by about 25% in May through Black Sea ports. This is easing pressure on wheat prices which are down to $9 a bushel.
